Upon graduating with a business / hospitality degree from Michigan State University, Susan moved from Michigan to California where she worked in the hospitality industry in various senior level sales positions for the past 25 years. Throughout her career, Susan has always maintained a passion for personal organizing and decorating.  Home organization services and decorating go hand-in-hand, so not only will your home or office get organized, it will get organized in style!

There is nothing Susan loves more than helping others, regardless of the task at hand—Susan is a naturally caring person. To be able to help people turn their home or office into a place where they can relax or work more efficiently, is very rewarding to her. Susan's goal is to bring functionality, comfort and beauty to any space. 

Hiring a Personal Organizer

The decision to hire a Professional Organizer is a very personal undertaking, and Susan understands it can be difficult to ask for help.  Please know there is no passing judgement on your current situation.  It is not easy to create and maintain order in our chaotic society. As a single mother of 12-year old twins, Susan understands the demands of daily life and how overwhelming it can feel.

Client Relationships:
  • I will respect my clients, their spaces, and will remain non-judgmental throughout all interactions.

  • I will only provide professional office and home organization services to areas in which I am competent and knowledgeable.

  • If other professionals are needed, I will do my best to connect you with qualified individuals and/or companies.

  • All fees for services will be honestly represented and provided upfront.

Confidentiality:
  • Any and all client information will be held with the utmost of confidentiality and will not be shared with anyone.

  • Client testimonials and/or photos will only be used with explicit permission provided by the client.

Fees:
  • Any and all fees associated with office or home organization will be provided upfront and never hidden.

  • For any change in fee structure, a 60-day notice will be provided to existing clients and only effective towards new projects not within original agreement.
